Formatting / Appearance. Did not find a single problem with the formatting or appearance of this book.
How would the book have been different if it had taken place in a different time or place? The author did not write about modern electronics. He did have a few sentences where modern vehicles were used and air planes. But I personally felt these stories could take place in almost any time from when vehicles and planes were in use.
What makes a minor character memorable? The actions they take. I felt there were a handful of minor characters throughout all the stories.
