Why would you recommend or not recommend this book? Yes, it was a heck of a story, filled with all kinds of twists and turns.
How does the setting figure into the book? There were many different settings and the author was really good at bringing each one to life.
What I liked – I liked the overall plot. The characters were interesting and much of it relates to the problems of today. It was believable.
Do any characters grow or change during the course of the novel? Lance is able to change his pitiful existence after he helps Frank with the investigation.
